Mr. Phillip Wilson
Mr. Wilson is currently a practicing Attorney at Law at his private practice, Phillip A. Wilson and Company. Of his many skills and abilities he is also a trained and practicing professional in the field as a Certified Mediator and Consultant. A former Police Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, he has served at the ranks of Inspector and Legal Officer and was formerly attached to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Academy.
Mr. Wilson has played an active role in the Police Credit Union with more than twenty six (26) years membership. He has also served in the capacity as President, Secretary to the Board of Directors, Director and Chairman and member of the Supervisory Committee and continues to offer his legal expertise to the membership for their personal growth and knowledge enhancement.

Mr. Jerome Jagroop
Jerome Jagroop
With over 24 years of dedicated service in law enforcement, Mr. Jerome Jagroop-Oxford brings extensive experience and a profound commitment to safety, security and the rule of law. Currently serving as a Police Inspector at the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service Academy, he has contributed significantly to various departments including Police Skills, Academics and Recruiting.
Mr. Jagroop-Oxford is also a human resource practitioner who has been pivotal in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for multiple internal and external law enforcement entities. He has coordinated and managed recruitment and training programmes locally, regionally and internationally.
Mr. Jagroop-Oxford has been a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Credit Union for the past 24 years and currently serves as a Director. He continues to strongly advocate for the professional development of members who are law enforcement practitioners.
Mr. Kevon Beatrice
Kevon Beatrice
Mr. Kevon Beatrice is a 19-year veteran police officer who has been a member of the police credit union for a similar period. He is currently attached to the Police Academy where he is a senior instructor actively involved in the training and development of police officers, recruits as well as a number of agencies involved in law enforcement in Trinidad and Tobago. He has also made sterling contributions to National Security through active participation on select committees and programmes.
Mr. Beatrice is an avid human resource advocate and practitioner which is buttressed by a number of academic accolades with his most recent being an MBA and CaribDe graduate. This is not to be overshadowed by his other professional achievements within law enforcement and the credit union movement.
Within the Police Credit Union, Mr. Beatrice has been able to bring a wealth of cross-disciplinary experiences where he has served firstly on the Education Committee in various capacities including ordinary member, secretary and chairman. He has also served on the Credit Committee as an ordinary member as well as secretary. He currently serves on the Board of Directors where he is the Liaison for the Education Committee. Additionally, Mr. Beatrice has functioned on a number of ad hoc committees which assist the general committee membership through corporate social and financial responsibilities including the recoveries committee and the scholarship committee.
Mr. Beatrice has not curtailed his service to the Police Credit Union but has served on the NERC of the Credit Union League in various capacities including vice president, secretary, chairman, normal member and also its supervisory committee, all of which marry seamlessly to enhance his passion, love and devotion for the movement, and his small way of giving back to an institution who many years ago, saw something special and took a chance by allowing him to be a member.
Ms. Ingrid Maxwell
Ingrid Maxwell
Ms. Maxwell has been a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Credit Union for the past forty two (42) years. During this time, she served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee and Secretary of the Credit Committee.
Ms. Maxwell has a passion for sports, serving on several national sporting committees. Currently, she serves as the Cricket Operations Manager of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) where she manages the travel and technical operations of cricketers and support staff.
Ms. Maxwell comes with years of experience and Credit Union training and is the holder of a GED Certificate and Diploma in Information Communications Technology.
Mr. Nafeez Mohammed
Nafeez Mohammed
Mr. Mohammed brings a wealth of knowledge from the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service with Certification in Credit Union Management Training which includes Anti-Money Laundering, Credit Union Governance and Leadership.
Mr. Mohammed possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of Fingerprinting and Crime Scene. He also holds an associate degree in the field of Occupational Health and Safety from Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperatives.
Mr. Richard Taylor
Richard Taylor
Mr. Taylor currently holds the post of Assistant Superintendent (Ag.) in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service at the Child Protection Unit. Additionally, he practices as an Attorney and Law and formerly attached to the Court and Process Division of the Police Service.
In addition to his work experience, over 20 years both in the public and private sector, Mr. Taylor, has over twenty five (25) years membership at the Police Credit Union. During this period, he has served many functions which includes; Secretary to the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, Director of the board of Directors and former employee of the organization.
