Following a comprehensive annual review of PCU’s Group Health Plan, The Trinidad and Tobago Police Credit Union is pleased to officially onboard its revised schedule of benefits effective June 1st 2023. Members are reminded that these changes apply to all coverage types and are necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of our health plan, greater convenience, and preservation of the best-in-class benefits for your enjoyment.
Please note, a key new feature of the PCU Group Health Plan, the Medical Provider Network, will become accessible to members from July 1st, 2023. This network will offer members of the health plan access to over 360 quality health care institutions and providers nationwide, fewer out-of-pocket costs and less paperwork. Until such time, members are encouraged to continue the submission of claims for prompt processing at a PCU branch location most convenient to you.
